Biography

With a career in real estate spanning more than 2 decades, Perry possesses a professional and tenacious approach with a sincere business demeanor. Perry has as a rare ability to put people at ease which makes him a strong communicator and negotiator on your behalf.

Specialising in Residential and Commercial property management & sales, he has leased and managed hundreds of properties across Sydney and set numerous sales records in the St. George district, the most noteworthy being the 2014 sale of 47 Gibbes Street, Rockdale which sold at auction for $1,400,000 and set a suburb record for a home under 500sqm and the 2016 sale of 27 Knight Street, Arncliffe which also sold at auction for a staggering $1,425,000 and set a district record for a semi-detached residence.

Perry is committed to provide his clients with high quality service and the love of his job extends past his day to day commitment as a real estate agent. For more than 15 years, he has been a part time lecturer at TAFE NSW, teaching a vast array of subjects in the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) syllabus.
